Hi, I’m Marinela!

I grew up in Seattle, and Charleston wasn't home until I made it that way, which is probably why I care so much about getting it right, the house and everything inside it.

I help you find the right property, and then I help you make it feel like yours. Both start the same way: I listen first, really listen, to what you're picturing and what you're worried about, then guide you honestly toward a plan that actually fits your lifestyle. From there, I run with it, whether that's negotiating a deal or managing every trade and reselection, so you're never the one chasing it down.

Every property has a story. Together, we find it, honor it, and make it yours.

FROM CLIENTS

“We thoroughly enjoyed working with Marinela to find a home in Charleston. She did video tours of homes and neighborhoods we were considering, and even measured the dining room space to ensure our table would fit! We can’t thank her enough.”
